New Delhi: The first publication of the Japanese short manga Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation took place in 1994 in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine’s Autumn edition under the title Monsters: Ippaku Sanjō Hiryū Jigoku. E&H Production has adapted this manga into a feature film with the working title of Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation. Eiichiro Oda, well known for his work on One Piece, wrote the manga.
Synopsis
During Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation, the protagonist, Ryuma, is a courageous warrior who embarks on a military expedition to vanquish a large dragon that breathes fire.
Ryuma, a samurai, lives in a world that is in danger of being destroyed by a dragon that is releasing devastating devastation. Ryuma sets off on a journey with the task of defeating the dragon. During his voyage, he encounters a great deal of difficulty and strain.

The tale of Dragon Damnation is just one episode long and is rather brief. The duration of this short film will be around twenty-three minutes, making it comparable to a short film. This short film is being referred to be the predecessor to the anime series One Piece, which was released in 1999, five years after the movie. The anime is directed by Park Seong-Hu, who works at the E&H production company. Takashi Kojima is responsible for the design of the characters, while Hiroaki Tsutsumi is responsible for the soundtrack.
