Mr McMahon OTT Release Date: A brand new docu-series featuring the story of Famous American businessman and WWE co-founder Vince McMahon is soon going to grace your digital screens.

First announced in October 2020, the web show will finally make its much-awaited OTT debut on Netflix on September 25th, 2024. It will offer viewers valuable insights into the controversial businessman’s life while also touching upon all the major events that led to his rise and fall.

Last month, Netflix, taking to its official social media handle, unveiled the digital premiere date of the upcoming series, triggering a wave of excitement and anticipation amongst the fans.

Attached to the post, the streamer also penned a detailed intro about the documentary in the captions, a part of which read, “Mr. McMahon, a documentary series chronicling the rise and fall of the WWE’s controversial founder, is coming to Netflix on September 25.”

Plot

The web series will feature six episodes, each one of which will reflect different aspects of Vince McMahon’s life, his rise to glory, as well as his involvement in the sexual harassment controversy that eventually compelled him to part ways with WWE in 2022.

Additionally, Mr McMahon will also show the crucial role, Vince played in the early days of WWE to transform the Organisation from a small regional venture to one of the biggest entertainment business making has ever witnessed.

Cast and Production

The Netflix docu-series will feature several clips from Mr McMahon’s interviews, some of which were conducted days before he resigned from the WWE. Besides this, it will also show interviews with other renowned figures from the wrestling industry, the McMahon family, and journalists who spoke on the matter and shared their take on Vince’s misconduct case.

Smith and Bilkl Simmons, under the banners of Library Films and Ringer Films, have produced the upcoming web show and now, it will be interesting to see how it fares with the audiences in the coming days.
