This one might be a big shocker for some. Naatu Naatu was shot right in front of Ukrainian president Zelenskky’s place. SS Rajamouli revealed that the reason they were able to get permission for the shooting is that Ukrainian president Zelenskyy has also been an actor in the past. In fact, the president supported team Naatu Naatu’s endeavor.

2. Ditched Delhi for Ukraine

Though, Ukraine wasn’t the first choice for Naatu Naatu. The makers wanted to recreate the 1920s look and shoot the song in Delhi. However, this huge task couldn’t be executed for some reason and instead of making a set for colonial India, the makers decided to take it all to Ukraine.

3. 80 Hooksteps

At this point who hasn’t tried to ace the hook step of Naatu Naatu? But did you know that the hook step has 80 variations? It took 18 takes to decide which one be finalized for the song. SS Rajamouli also revealed that he froze frames to see if Ram Charan and Jr. NTR were in sync or not.

4. MM Keeravani’s son

Naatu Naatu is the dearest to MM Keeravani and he described it as his son. While speaking to the Deadline about his composition, Keeravani said that yesterday Naatu Naatu was just an infant in the crib and now his son is going places and making his father proud.
