New Delhi: ‘Jersey’ actor Nani shared a new poster of his upcoming film ‘Dasara’ and announced the release date. According to the tweet, the film will get a worldwide release on 30 March 2023. The announcement has made his fans excited about the venture.
Sharing the poster, the actor wrote, “MARCH 30TH WORLDWIDE #EtlaitheGatlayeSuskundhaam This one will be remembered for a long time (heart emoji).” The action also says that the film will release in five languages, namely, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. The poster has a rustic look and shows Nani sitting in front of the poster of Silk Smitha. Silk Smitha was a popular actor and dancer and has worked in various South Indian films.

The film is, reportedly, set in the background of Singareni coal mines and deals with political dominance and conflicts. ‘Dasara’ is directed by Srikanth Odela and stars Keerthy Suresh in the lead along with Nani. The film also features Zareena Wahab, Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar and Rajsekhar Aningi in the cast.
The plot of the film is not known as of now. It is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of SLV Cinemas. The music in the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, who is popular for his work in ‘Saala Khadoos’, ‘Kabali’ and many more. The cinematography is handled by Sathyan Sooryan, while Navin Nooli does the editing.
Meanwhile, Nani is also on board as a producer in ‘HIT: The Second Case’, which is currently in the pre-production stage, and ‘Meet Cute’. Keerthy Suresh will be seen in ‘Rendu Jella Sita’ and ‘Maamannan’.
