New Delhi: Nayanthara’s new Tamil film, ‘O2’ has released on Disney+Hotstar on June 17. This is a debut film for the director GS Viknesh. YouTube child star Rithvk is playing Nayanthara’s son in the movie.
The plot of the movie revolves around the relationship between the mother and the son. The son has a problem with breathing and carries oxygen with him. His mother takes him to Kerela for treatment and on their journey, they get stuck in a landslide. Parvathy, played by Nayanthara, has to survive and keep the oxygen flowing in her son’s body.
According to the director, the film also caters to the theme of human’s relationship with nature. SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu have produced the film and Vishal Chandrasekhar has given the music for the film.
