New Delhi: Famous TV actress Nishi Singh passed away on Sunday after celebrating her 50th birthday two days ago. According to the reports, Singh’s husband Sanjay Singh Bhadli said that she has been dealing with a prolonged illness. A few days ago, she stopped eating solid food and was dependent on only liquids. She died today at around 3 PM.
She is survived by her husband, writer-actor Sanjay Singh Bhadli and two kids.
Nishi is best known for her role as a Hitler Didi in Qubool Hai. She also did many serials such as Ishqbaaz and Tenali Rama. According to her husband, she suffered a stroke on February 3 just a year after she had the first stroke.
She suffered the third attack in May 2022. Ever since her condition started deteriorating. Bhadli told a daily that her wife stopped eating solid food and was only dependent on liquids for survival.
He added that her daughter also quit her studies and skipped her board exams to take care of her mother with me but we could not help Nishi to return to good health.
To finance the medical expense of her wife, Bhadli has to sell his house and car as well. He also received monetary help from a few of his friends from the industry.
Talking about the wife, he said she celebrated her 50th birthday on September 16; we promised to eat her favourite besan ka laddoo. ”Ab toh sab khatam ho gaya,” said Nishi’s husband.
