New Delhi: Odia actors Babushaan Mohanty and Prakruti Mishra, who worked together in the recently released regional movie called Premam, were caught red-handed by Mohanty’s wife on Saturday morning.
Mohanty and Mishra were manhandled by the actor’s wife, who accused the duo of having an illicit affair and ruining her marriage.
The incident took place in at Laxmisagar area in Bhubaneswar and came to the fore after a video of the brawl went viral on social media. The clip was reportedly recorded by one of the onlookers present at the site during the incident.
In the now-viral video, Babushaan can be seen sitting on the driver seat of his SUV with Prakruti Mishra sitting on the co-driver seat as the latter’s wife tries to drag both of them out of the car.
Babushaan’s wife Trupti Satapathy can further be seen physically attacking Mishra, accusing her of having an affair with her husband and ruining their marriage.

Much to everyone’s surprise, Trupti was even seen holding Prakruti’s neck from behind, pulling her hair and pushing her on to the road while she kept shouting for help. The locals present on the sight were seen capturing the video on their mobile phone cameras.
Trupti repeatedly kept shouting “Tu mo paribar ku nasta Kari delu... (You destroyed my family)”, while assaulting the duo in full public view.
Meanwhile, Mohanty and Mishra were last seen in recently released Premam, and are rumoured to be dating for sometime now. Though, the duo have not officially accepted their relationship yet.
