New Delhi: Actor Varun Tej’s last theatrical venture Opration Valentine turned out to be a sorry affair for the makers. Within a week of its hyped release on March 1, 2024, the film helplessly nosedived at the Box Office & vanished without a trace soon after.
Despite being inspired by the infamous 2019 Pulwama terror attack, Operation Valentine remained unsuccessful in pulling the masses into the theaters & finished its journey with forgettable commercial figures at the Box Office.
Notably, the movie’s failure not only took a toll on the pockets of its makers but also came as a blow for Varun who had high expectations from it before its release. Considering his ongoing struggle to deliver a hit over the past few years, he desperately needed Operation Valentine to perform well at the Box Office but unfortunately, the Manushi Chillar starrer film also left him disappointed and remained unsuccessful in living up to his expectations.
Nevertheless, following Operation Valentine’s Box Office debacle, its makers are now all set to try their luck with the OTTians by releasing the movie on a digital platform within March 2024.

If the latest reports are anything to believe, Operation Valentine’s digital rights have been purchased by Amazon Prime Video for a decent amount of price.
The sources further suggest that the film is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on March 21, 2024, and an official announcement regarding the same will be also made by the platform in the coming days.
However, for watching the film on Amazon Prime Video, you will need to have a basic subscription to the service of the platform.
