Panchayat Jetty OTT: The upcoming Malayalam comedy-drama will arrive on 24th December on Manoramamax. The film received a decent response at the box office and is now coming on the OTT screens. All the actors in the film have played their characters well and the director has also managed to keep the audience engaged by putting some light comedy on the screen. The star cast features Rachana Narayanankutty, Salim Kumar, Vinod Kovoor, Sneha Sreekumar, Unni Cheruvathoor, and Riyas Narmaka in pivotal roles and produced by Saptha Tharang Creations in association with Govind Films. The shoot of the film was completed last year in December followed by an event in Kochi. Plot The story of the film is based in a rural backwater place known as Kudungassery.The people of the village struggle for basic facilities like water, crematorium, public toilets,m transport, etc. However, instead of paying attention to the people's grievances, the ruling party candidates focus more on giving a befitting reply to the people of the opposition party. Since the elections are around the corner, the political candidates are busy promoting their achievements and candidates. No one pays attention to the problems and complaints of the local people. The local leaders protest in the city highlighting their work and criticizing the the opposition's efforts. Set in the backdrop of the village, the film also has some light and fun moments. How the village people expect the local leaders to do something for them so that they can at least enjoy basic facilities. But the ruling party and the opposition only clash with each other and indulge in the blame game they've created instead of being worried about pivotal societal issues.
