Parineeta OTT Release Date: The most anticipated Bengali web series is all set to arrive in the OTT Platforms from 15th August in Hoichoi. The series is based on a novel by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay.

The series is set on the backdrop of a Pre-Independance era and narates the story of a beautiful woman named Parineeta.

Plot

‘Parineeta’ is the story of a woman named Parineeta who is in love with a man named Shekhar. Parineeta is an orphaned girl and is in love with her childhood friend but soon things take an ugly turn when she is forcibly engaged to someone by one of her uncle’s.

Their friendship turns into love but soon gets attacked by the society and the family of the boy since they believe the girl is not upto their class and culture.

The story takes an interesting turn when after four years Parineeta meets Shekhar in a waiting room of a Railway Platform and both recall the days of their friendship when they fell in love.
