Pindam movie OTT release date
Notably, the makers of Pindam didn’t make a deal of its digital streaming rights with any OTT platform prior to the movie’s release on the big screens.
However, owing to the film’s BO success & the overwhelming response it has received from the cinemagoers, the makers now have reportedly sold the film’s rights to digital giant Netflix, locking it as the exclusive OTT partner of the movie.
The movie is now expected to arrive on Netflix on or around the fall of January’s second week but its exact OTT release date is yet to be unveiled by the makers.
All about Pendum
Helmed by newbie director SaiKiran Daida, Pindam is a multi-genre horror film that unfolds in three different eras of the 1930s, 1990, and 2023 and is allegedly inspired by real-life events.
Its story circles the life of a couple who comes face to face with the supernatural after their young daughter gets possessed by an evil spirit soon after they move into a recently purchased new house with an old history in Nalgonda. Later, when a spirit healer comes to their aid, shocking truths get uncovered and change their lives forever.
In its cast, the film features a number of talented actors including Srikanth, Eswari Rao, Ravi Verma, Srinivas Avasarala Srilatha, and Kushee Ravi. It was released under the banner of Kalaahi Media on December 15th, 2023.
