New Delhi: Troubles seems to be perpetual for actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra in the alleged porn film racket. Mumbai Crime Branch in a fresh effort have filed a case against 4 producers of Raj Kundra’s company.
Police had earlier told the court that a several victims are coming up to record their statements in the case and the name of two more accused have emerged in the investigation. As of now, Yash Thakur and Pradeep Bakshi’s roles have been confirmed in the illegal porn racket.

Bombay High Court has adjourned the hearing till Thursday in the pornography case, in which Kundra is an accused.

Actress Gehana Vasistha has also been named as one of the accused in the case, along with actor Roya Khan alias Yasmeen, photographer Monu Sharma, actors Bhanu Thakur, Arish Shaikh, and creative director Pratibha Nalawade. Vasistha was arrested in links to this case earlier this year in February and is currently out on bail. As per the sources, it was Vasistha’s statements during the investigation that led the police to Raj Kundrs’a involvement in the racket.
Kundra was sent to 14-days of judicial custody by the court in Mumbai, while police is also interrogating the key accuse Ryan Tharp. The police revealed that during the investigation, international transactions from Raj Kundra’s bank accounts had come to light and forensic auditors had been appointed to probe the case. Raj Kundra’s Citibank and Kotak Mahindra bank’s Debit accounts have been frozen following the probe.
