New Delhi: Vishnu Manchu started filming the ambitious movie Kannappa, directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, in August. The actor and the entire team have high expectations for the film. According to recent reports, the movie has become even bigger with the addition of a superstar to the cast.
Prabhas signed Kannappa
According to reports, Prabhas has agreed to play an important role in the movie Kannappa. When a tweet confirmed Prabhas’ involvement, the film’s lead actor, Vishnu Manchu, shared the tweet with the words ‘Har Har Mahadev.’ Although Vishnu Manchu didn’t explicitly state it, his reaction suggests that Prabhas is indeed part of the film.

Not just Prabhas, there have been rumors about other renowned actors joining the movie as well. However, their names have not been disclosed yet. The film’s pooja ceremony took place in mid-August, officially marking the beginning of the project.

The movie Kannappa Is a joint production of Ava Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory. The shooting for the Kannappa will begin soon. The music for Kannappa will be composed by Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy working together. From the time of its announcement, Kannappa has been promoted as an ambitious pan-Indian film.
Kannappa won’t be the first time Prabhas and Vishnu Manchu have worked together. Prabhas had previously made a voice cameo appearance in Vishnu Manchu’s 2012 movie Denikaina Ready, which was a remake of the 1999 Malayalam film Udayapuram Sulthan.
