New Delhi: Queen of Tears, a Korean romantic comedy-drama airing on tvN and starring Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, maintained its position atop the lists of most buzzworthy dramas and stars in its last week of airing, capping up an impressive eight-week reign at the top.
From its start on March 9, 2024, until its last week, the popular series never failed to dominate Good Data Corporation’s weekly rankings of the most buzzed-about TV dramas and actors.
The 16-episode romantic comedy, which included the most talked-about story and actors, ended its run on April 28, 2024. Fans are still talking about Queen of Tears and its starring actors, Kim Ji Won and Soo Hyun.
In April Week 4, the Lovely Runners, featuring Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon, were in second place.

Good Data Corporation’s weekly charts have consistently shown Queen of Tears’ impressive buzz-winning record since its tvN debut. It maintained its position as the most talked-about drama, as it has done in the past. Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, two of its main actors, took first and second place, respectively.
Lovely Runner Ranking
Lovely Runner, tvN’s other drama, and its protagonists continue to receive weekly showers of unfaltering devotion and affection from fans. The long-run number two spot on the chart was recaptured by the time-travel romantic fantasy genre-blend K-drama.
On the other hand, the lead actors and actresses of Queen of Tears, Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon, ranked third and fourth, respectively.
