Raayan OTT Release Date: Dhanush’s latest movie Raayan has become a major hit at the Box Office.

Made on a budget of Rs 75 crores, the flicker, so far, has racked in over 122 crores from the ticket windows, making it to the second position in the list of highest-grossing Tamil movies of 2024.

Meanwhile, amid Raayan’s monumental BO success, deets regarding its upcoming OTT premiere have also been unveiled, triggering a wave of excitement amongst the fans.

When and where to watch Raayan on OTT?

According to the sources, Sun NXT has bought the Dhanush starrer’s streaming rights for a whopping amount of price. This means that a few days after Raayan concludes its theatrical journey, movie buffs will get a chance to enjoy the film on Sun NXT sitting comfortably in their homes.

Now, while the filmmakers are yet to announce the official digital debut date of the action crime flick, reports suggest that it will become available for streaming online by mid-September 2024.

Raayan Plot

Raayan unfolds in the 1990s, telling the compelling tale of a boy named  Raayan whose parents disappeared overnight, leaving him & his younger brothers and sister on their own.

Growing up, Raayan successfully took care of his siblings & together, they started running a successful hotel in Northern Chennani.

Meanwhile, to fulfill Durga’s husband’s dowery demand, Raayan, one day, happily agrees to sell his motel only to find his sister abducted by goons associated with a local gang led by Sethu.

To make matters even worse, Raayan’s brothers also turn their back on him by joining Sethu & end up stabbing him multiple times.

What happens next? How did Durga save her older brother’s life? And how does Raayan punish those who have wronged his beloved sister? The movie answers all the questions.
