New Delhi: After months-long rumors, AAP MLA Raghav Chadha and Bollywood Actress Parineeti Chopra are officially engaged. The engagement ceremony was held at Kapurthala House in Lutyens Delhi.
The duo followed Sikh traditions for the pre-wedding ritual. As many as 150 guests were present at the ceremony venue.

The event saw the attendance of famous faces from the entertainment industry as well as politics including Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Kapil Sibbal, and Uddhav Thakre.

The couple exchanged rings around 8 PM which was followed by a grand dinner to sum up the ceremony. The pre-wedding requisite commenced with Sukhmani Sahib Path around 5 PM. This was followed by Ardaas.
Meanwhile, following in the steps of Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, Parineeti and Raghav also opted for a strict no-phone policy at the engagement ceremony.
The event team collected the phones of all staff members in order to avoid any third-party recordings of the ceremony.
To welcome the guests, a red carpet was laid down at Kapurthala House.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra attended her cousin’s engagement with her Brother Sidharth Chopra. All Chopra cousins followed the theme and dazzled in white ensembles.

The about-to-be-married couple made its first appearance together in March at a supposed lunch date. Although the rumors of the two’s possible engagement have been floating around for months, neither party gave any official confirmation for a long time.
In fact, it was none other than Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra who became one of the first in the family to confirm the news.
For their next step, the MLA-Actress couple will likely tie the knot in the month of October.
