New Delhi: AAP MP Raghav Chadha got engaged to Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra at Delhi’s Kapurthala House. Their engagement was also attended by the Jathedar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Harpreet Singh. Sharing unseen dreamy pictures from the ceremony, Raghav and Parineeti expressed gratitude toward Giani Harpreet Singh for his presence.
Their engagement ceremony was held as per Sikh tradition and the couple welcomed the religious leader with folded hands. Sharing the pictures, they wrote that they felt surreal to be blessed by Giani Harpreet Singh and added that his presence meant ‘everything’ to them.

The pictures show the couple smiling and also taking blessings while they are seen in matching traditional outfits. One of the pictures also shows Pawan Chopra, Parineeti’s father, sobbing in the background.
Apart from family and friends, their engagement ceremony was attended by film stars including Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra, singer Mika Singh, designer Manish Malhotra, and others. On the political side Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and other AAP leaders came and blessed the couple.
Earlier, CM Kejriwal also shared pictures from the ceremony and congratulated the couple. Raghav Chadha took to Twitter and thanked the party convenor for his presence and blessings.

Among their social media posts, the couple also shared a note to thank their fans and media outlets for their support and positivity.
The couple got engaged on May 13 and took to social media to announce their relationship officially. At the ceremony, Parineeti wore a traditional outfit designed by Manish Malhotra while Raghav wore an achkan designed by his uncle, Pawan Sachdev.
