New Delhi: Actor Ranbir Kapoor has a cameo appearance in Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar’s latest release ‘Govinda Naam Mera’. Ranbir graces the song ‘Bijli’ with his power-packed presence and also appears as himself in another scene. Fans are sharing clips of him in the film and are loving the cameo.
In the video clip going viral on social media, Ranbir Kapoor can be seen sharing screen space with Vicky and Kiara. Meanwhile, dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya also makes a brief appearance in the film.
In the scene, Ranbir can be seen having a conversation with Vicky and Kiara regarding the hook step of the song ‘Bijli’. Later on, he also offers a film to them, which will star Ranveer Singh in the lead.

Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal have shared the screen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Sanju’. Ranbir also made a cameo appearance in Vicky’s Netflix original ‘Love Per Square Foot’.
Written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ follows Govinda Waghmare juggling between his wife and girlfriend. The film also stars Viraj Ghelani, Dayanand Shetty aka Daya and Sayaji Shinde. The film was released on December 16 and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in ‘Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva’ alongside his wife Alia Bhatt. He will next be seen in Luv Ranjan’s ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ with Shraddha Kapoor. The film will release on March 8.
