New Delhi: Within 2 weeks of its theatrical premiere, Premalu fame Mamitha Baiju and GV Prakash’s political drama Rebel has started streaming on the OTT Platform from 6 April 2024 onward in Tamil and Telugu language.
The movie is available for watching on Disney +Hotstar where viewers can enjoy it from the comfort of their homes.
It may also be noted here that viewers will be required to have a subscription to the service of the digital platform to access the movie online.

About Rebel
Earlier on March 22nd, 2024, Rebeal was released on the big screens. with high hopes & expectations by its makers.
However, to the stakeholders’ misfortune, the film’s collection started to fall down rapidly right after its decent weekend run & it eventually nosedived at the Box Office in the coming week.
The failure at the ticket windows also forced Rebel’s makers to reschedule its OTT release date & they ended up making the film available on digital screens merely 14 days after its arrival in cinemas.
Rebel Story
Rebel tells the tale of a Munnar-based ambitious guy (GV Prakash Kumar) Kathiresan who arrives in Pallakad to better educate himself. There, he falls in love with a beautiful girl Sara Mary John (Mamitha Baiju) & kick starts his romantic life with her.
However, the duo’s love story gets disturbed when an intense fight between Tamilian & Malayali students erupts on the college campus, leaving their dreams of educating themselves hanging by a thread.
What happens next & how the two manage to escape the hostile situation is the remaining story of the film.
