New Delhi: Fans of Renu Desai’s work from the early 2000s will rejoice to see her back in movies after almost two decades in the upcoming Tiger Nageswara Rao; directed by Ravi Teja, it is a pan-Indian production.

Today, the producers released the first poster for Renu Desai. She plays Hemalatha Lavanam, a social worker. As a social reformer and activist, Hemalatha Lavanam mostly spoke out against untouchability and the caste system. Not only did she support her atheist husband, Goparaju Ramachandra Lavanam, but so did his parents.
