Romancham OTT Release Date: Soubin Shahir and Arjun Ashokan’s  Malayalam film Romancham was a bumper success at the Box Office. Written and directed by Jithu Madhavan, the movie made its way to the theaters on February 3rd, 2023, and in no time, made the cinemagoers go gaga over its gripping storyline, acting performances, and near-prefect screenplay.

Gradually, more and more crowds started walking to their nearest theaters to enjoy horror comedy on the big screens, causing its collection to spike up dramatically with each passing day.

As a result of all this fan frenzy around Romancham’s release, the flick raked in a thumping Rs 70 crores from the ticket windows to emerge as the fifth-highest-grossing movie of the year. Later, it was also released for the North Indian viewers in Hindi, and now, it is also available for streaming online on OTT.

Currently, anyone who wishes to watch Romancham right from the comfort of home can enjoy the movie on  JioHotstar. The OTT gaint has recently also confirmed that the movie is available for watching on their platform by dropping a post about the same on social media.

Taking to X (Previously Twitter) on April 1st, 2025, JioHotstar Malayalam wrote, “The phrase translates to: ‘Even if my head is cut off and placed here, I will not let him go!” It’s quite dramatic—sounds like something from a heated argument or a passionate declaration. In its star-studded cast, Romancham features Soubin Shahir, Arjun Ashokan, Sajin Gopu, Siju Sunny, Abin Bino, Anantharaman Ajay, Afsal P. H., Chemban Vinod Jose, Deepika Das, Jolly Chirayath, Thankam Mohan, Pooja Mohanraj, Premnath Krishnankutty, and Sneha Mathew in pivotal roles.

Johnpaul George, in association with Girish Gangadharan and Joby George, has backed the flick under the banners of John Paul George Productions and Guppy Films.
