New Delhi: Rumi, the latest over-the-top endeavour of renowned Bangladeshi actor Chanchal Chowdhury, is set to launch shortly.
For their first joint venture, Chanchal and Vicky Zahed have teamed together to create a web series. A detective will be played by Chanchal Chowdhury in the highly anticipated thriller series.

Plot
According to director Vicky Zahed, the plot revolves around an enthusiast detective (Chanchal Chowdhury) and is somewhat mysterious, with a touch of comic drama.
A trailer for Rumi has come out, and the film seems to be an exciting thriller. An experienced CID officer named Rumi has an unexpected loss of vision. He begins having bizarre nightmares because of his stressful work life and terrible history. His dreams include actual humans. He regularly finds the answers to cases in his dreams. Despite being blind, he can perceive things thanks to his intuition.
Simultaneously, individuals are exhibiting complex colours. The trailer suggests that there is professional animosity and drug misuse.
In addition to giving viewers a taste of the program, the intriguing and exciting preview assures them of a fast-paced thriller.

Rumi will be available exclusively on Hoichoi beginning today, April 10, 2024. It was announced last week as one of six programs from Hoichoi Bangladesh’s lineup.

Vicky said that the actor’s portrayal of Rumi in the series struck a chord with him, despite Chanchal Chowdhury’s profound philosophical background. Actors such as Reekita Nondine Shimu, Abdun Noor Shajal, Afia Tabassum, Shahadat Hossain, Deepa Khandakar, and others are also featured in the series.
