As per the latest reports, the makers of Saba Nayagan have sold its digital rights to leading South Indian OTT platform Aha in exchange for a handsome amount of money. This means that following its theatrical run, the Ashok Selvan starrer will stream digitally on the Aha Tamil OTT site.
Although the makers of the film have not revealed the exact date of the film’s digital premiere it is being speculated that Saba Nayagan will make its OTT debut on 14th Feb 2024.
Saba Nayagan Story
The film’s story circles around the life of Saba who, along with another random man, is booked by the cops for causing public nuisance in a drunken state. However, he later learns that cops have released the other guy after they got to know that he is suffering from heartbreak due to a recent failure in his love life and felt pity for him.
This motivates Saba to do something that makes the cops sympathize with him and release him. He then goes on to tell the cops four intriguing stories about his love life in an attempt to melt their hearts.
His stories impress one of the cops (Inspector Vishnu) so much that he fails to resist himself and ends up sharing his love story with Saba and the discussion between them keeps going. What happens next is the remaining story of the film.

Directed by C. S. Karthikeyan, Saba Nayagan stars several talented artists including Ashok Selvan, Megha Akash, Karthika Muralidharan, and Chandini Chowdary in pivotal roles. The film made it to the big screens on 22nd December 2023 under the banner of Clear Water Film INC.
