Sabari OTT Release Date: Varalaxmi Sarathkumar’s Telugu thriller Sabari is finally arriving on a digital platform.
Helmed by debutant director Anilkats, the film, on October 11 2024 will land on the popular streaming giant Sun NXT where viewers will get a chance to enjoy it right from their home’s comfort in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam with nothing but a basic subscription to the platform’s services.
About the Movie
On May 3, 2024, Sabari, featuring Mime Gopi and Ganesh Venkatraman in its cast, arrived in cinemas & received mostly positive reactions from the audiences. However, despite garnering praise for its gripping storyline & Varalaxmi’s commendable acting performance, the Telugu drama failed to pull out anything extraordinary at the Box Office & concluded its theatrical run with moderate figures. It will now be interesting to see what kind of welcome the film gets from the OTTians after it makes its much-awaited digital debut on Sun NXT in the coming days.
Plot of the Film
Sabari sees Varalaxmi as Sanjana, a hardworking mother who would do anything to ensure her daughter Riya’s happiness.
In the film, we see Sanjana and Riya leaving behind their past relocating from Mumbai to Vishakhapatnam to start a new chapter in their lives. How Sanjana courageously fights a battle on her inner & outer front to save Riya from any kind of turmoil remains the focal point of the promising drama’s story.
