Plot
The plotline follows the life of Tarou Sakamoto, a feared hitman of his time, on top of his glory in the underworld, the greatest hitman of all, meeting and falling in love with a woman.
The depth of his feelings for her are so deep, that he wills himself to leave the life of his glorious past behind for her. Sakamoto quits being a hitman and starts working as a convenience store clerk, he has no repercussions over leaving his past behind and is seemingly content with the life he now leads.
However, leaving behind his dark past isn’t as easy as it seems and proves to be more difficult than Sakamoto initially thought it to be.
Numerous of his former rivals partners and enemies do not believe that Sakomoto has just moved on from his life and left behind the business. They show up in hopes of taking him out and putting an end to him.
But, Sakamoto, who solemnly swore to not kill is forced to find creative and conventional methods just to steer his enemies away and protect his family, his store and the small town he lives in.
