New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan turns 56 today. The actor celebrated his birthday in an intimate party with close friends and family at his Panvel farmhouse.
Apart from his blockbuster hits from ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’ to ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, Salman’s love life has always drawn immense media attention. The actor have made headlines in pretext to his flings and affairs since the starting of his career.
The first few names that comes to the mind regarding Salman’s relationships are Sangeeta Bijlani, Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif. Though, not many are aware the first girl Salman ever fell for before entering the film industry.

Salman Khan fell in love at a young age of 19, while he was in the second year of his graduation at Mumbai’s St. Xavier’s College. This girl was non other then Shaheen Jaffery.
Shaheen was a professional model when Salman met her. It was actress Kiara Advani’s mother Genevieve Advani who had first introduced the two. Salman and Shaheen started spending time together and eventually ended up dating.
Shaheen’s family didn’t mind their relationship at all, while she has become quite close to Salman’s family in a very short span of time. It is said that Salman used to bring milk and bread to Shaheen’s house just to meet her in the early days of their relationship. It was expected that duo will soon tie knot, but it didn’t happen.
In the meantime, Salman had met Sangeeta Bijlani, the famous model of that time and the Miss India of 1980. Sangeeta and Salman’s closeness became the reason of his break-up with Shaheen around the same time.
