‘Sam Bahadur’ song Badhte Chalo OUT: Patriotic pride is stoked by the Vicky Kaushal-led song

New Delhi: The depiction of Indian Army commander Sam Manekshaw in Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur is one of 2023’s most-anticipated films. In this exciting military movie, Vicky Kaushal plays the pioneering role of India’s first Field Marshal.

The first song, Badhte Chalo, has been released to give an uplifting musical backdrop to the film. This comes after the trailer for the film provided audiences with a peek inside the biography. This rousing song will foster a true sense of patriotism in its listeners and captivate them with its contagious enthusiasm.

The film’s biographical battle song, which was released today, is especially moving because of how much it honours India. The song – Badhte Chalo, incites feelings of patriotism since it depicts Indian troops preparing to defend their nation during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. Vicky Kaushal is shown in the video as the genuine and capable commander Sam Manekshaw, who is required by the army.

It offers a look into the sacrifice and toil that military soldiers go through as they endure strenuous training in preparation for combat. The images depict Vicky Kaushal’s persona encouraging and energising the other troops, and he is portrayed by an animated version of himself.

About the Movie – Sam Bahadur

In the Meghna Gulzar-directed film about Sam Bahadur, besides Vicky, Fatima Sana Shaikh portrays the late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, and Sanya Malhotra plays his wife Siloo Manekshaw.

Sam Manekshaw and the Indian jawans under his leadership are the subjects of this biopic. He was a dedicated soldier for almost 40 years and is now held up as a model of Indian military leadership. The 1971 Indo-Pakistani war serves as a backdrop to the events of the biography. It tells the story of Sam Bahadur’s heroic leadership of India on the brink of Bangladesh’s independence.

Alongside Vicky Kaushal, the film also features prominent performances by Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh. On December 1, cinemas will begin showing Sam Bahadur.
