New Delhi: Red Chillies Entertainment, the production house behind the much-anticipated film “Jawan,” has strategically rolled out a three-month promotional campaign. They initially introduced a 2.13-minute Prevue on July 10, followed by the song “Zinda Banda” three weeks later on July 31.
Both the Prevue and the song garnered immense success, fueling excitement among fans and the audience. With the film slated for release on September 7, the creators are gearing up to reveal more content to build anticipation.
In an exclusive update, the Pinkvilla team has learned that Shah Rukh Khan is set to release the film’s second song next week. Titled “Chaleya,” this romantic track features SRK alongside his co-star Nayanthara. Arijit Singh, known for his chart-topping collaborations with SRK, has lent his vocals to the song, along with Shilpa Rao, recognized for singing “Besharam Rang” in Pathaan earlier this year.
The music video reportedly showcases Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara in a heartfelt love ballad, with choreography directed by Farah Khan. Early viewers have lauded it as the most soulful track from the “Jawan” album.
While the exact release date for this second song has not been confirmed, sources suggest it might premiere on either Monday (August 14) or Tuesday. The promotional efforts are gaining momentum as the team plans to reveal new content every week. They are also diligently working on the trailer, although it is anticipated to be unveiled only in the last week of the current month.
Branded as a VFX-rich mass action entertainer, “Jawan” stars Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role, while Nayanthara and Deepika Padukone take on the lead female roles. Positioned as a true-blue pan-Indian production, the film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Yogi Babu, Riddhi Dogra, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, among others.
