New Delhi: The Ambani family’s grand Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at their opulent Mumbai residence, Antilia, has been a prominent topic of discussion on social media. Amid the festive fervor, Bollywood’s biggest stars, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Anil Kapoor, attended the event hosted by business magnate Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani.
However, one of the most amusing moments of the evening occurred when Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor crossed paths with the Pandya brothers – Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya, along with cricketer Ishan Kishan.
On the evening of September 19, as Shahid Kapoor arrived at the Ambani residence, he gracefully removed his shawl to pose for the waiting paparazzi. Unbeknownst to him, at the same time, the Pandya brothers and Ishan Kishan unintentionally struck stylish poses for the cameras, effectively photobombing Shahid’s photo op.
When Shahid eventually noticed the hilarious accidental photobombing, he turned around, and the Pandya brothers, along with Ishan Kishan, burst into laughter. They greeted each other warmly with handshakes, turning what could have been an awkward situation into a heartwarming encounter.

Shahid Kapoor looked dashing for the occasion in a printed blue kurta paired with white pajamas and stylish black shoes. Hardik Pandya donned a yellow embroidered kurta with white pajamas, while Krunal Pandya opted for a white embroidered kurta and beige shoes. Ishan Kishan was spotted in an all-white ethnic embroidered kurta pajama ensemble, complemented by a Nehru jacket.
Star-Studded Affair at Ambani Ganesh Chaturthi
Besides the memorable encounter between Shahid Kapoor and the Pandya brothers, the Ambani Ganesh Chaturthi celebration saw the presence of other Bollywood luminaries. Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty posed for photographs together. Legendary actress Rekha graced the event, radiating elegance in a maroon kanjeevaram silk saree paired with traditional jewelry and her iconic red lipstick. She was captured in a photograph alongside renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
Notable personalities from the film industry, including Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, and Aamir Khan’s children Ira Khan and Junaid Khan, also joined the Ambani family in celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi.
