Plot
The Hindi family drama Shastry Viruddh Shastry delves into the complexities of family dynamics and the emotional upheaval that may occur within them.
In the film, Paresh Rawal and Neena Kulkarni portray the roles of the grandparents of 7-year-old Yaman. The primary focus of the narrative is on Yaman, who lives in Panchgani with his grandparents. Every weekend, the boy’s parents, who reside in Mumbai, go to the village to spend time with their kid. The narrative takes a serious turn when the boy’s father gets an opportunity to go overseas. This not only causes a crack between the boy’s parents and grandparents, but it also causes a disagreement about the custody of the kid. As a consequence of this, the guardians and the parents engage in a legal war with one another.
