Apna Sapna Money Money (2006)
Sangeeth Sivan’s Apna Sapna Money Money is a Hindi comedy film. This is a story about a group of people who are racing against the clock to get wealthy. Shreyas Talpade gives a comical portrayal of Arjun Fernandes who is down and out and attempting to get some money. Even if the narrative isn’t exactly ground-breaking, Shreyas’ performance was highly praised for its impeccable comedy chops.
Om Shanti Om (2007)
Om Shanti Om is a Gauri Khan and Red Chilli Entertainment-produced Hindi comedy film written and directed by Farah Khan. The film’s comedic value is enhanced by Shreyas Talpade’s humorous lines as Pappu Master, the boyhood buddy of Om (played by Shah Rukh Khan).
Golmaal Returns (2008)
Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Returns is a hilarious Bollywood comedy. The film is the sequel to the first Golmaal flick. One of the most lucrative Bollywood series of all time includes this comedic picture. The character of Laxman is brought to life by the comic timing and acting versatility of Shreyas Talpade. With much laughter, Shreyas Talpade also returned to play Laxman in Golmaal 3 (2012) and Golmaal Again (2017).
Paying Guests (2009)
Javed Jaffrey, Ashish Chaudhary, and Shreyas Talpade are the actors of the Bollywood comedy-drama Paying Guests. Produced by Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts, it has Paritosh Painter at the helm. The comedic film follows four best friends as they share a Pattaya apartment. Although the film included many well-known actors, Shreyas’s portrayal of their friend ‘Bhavesh’ was the highlight, and the crowd adored him for it.
Poster Boys (2017)
Shreyas Talpade made his directorial debut with the Bollywood comedy flick Poster Boys, which he also wrote and co-produced. Samiksha Bhatnagar, Tripti Dimri, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, and Shreyas Talpade are among the actors featured in the film. The original Marathi film Poshter Boyz, in which Talpade also starred, was officially remade into this Hindi version. Shreyas portrays Arjun, a man whose picture appears on a ‘vasectomy’ PSA and leads him into a series of comical jams. His portrayal is both humorous and moving, showcasing his acting chops.
