Sonu Sood, the popular actor, has completed the San Francisco schedule for his upcoming movie ‘Fateh’ and also flauts his super fit physique.

New Delhi: Born on July 30, 1973 in Moga, Punjab, Sonu Sood is a rising Bollywood actor. Known for his exceptional performance as a villain in “Dabangg,” he has garnered praise from critics and amassed a significant fan base. Sonu Sood is committed to maintaining his impressive physique through a strictly planned workout routine and a disciplined diet.

Sonu Sood follows a vegetarian diet but includes eggs for protein. His diet consists of grains, lentils, and plenty of protein-rich foods. He refrains from consuming alcohol or tobacco. In the morning, he starts his day with fruits, wheat flakes, or muesli along with fresh fruit juice. His breakfast includes an omelette made from 8 egg whites. For lunch, he has a meal comprising dal (lentils), roti (Indian bread), subzi (vegetable dish), and a serving of curd (yogurt). As an evening sack, he opts for a brown bread sandwich. Dinner typically consists of soups, salads, vegetables, and chapatis. After his workout, he supplements with a protein shake along with salad and sprouts.

– To further enhance his endurance, he includes 40 minutes of jogging in his routine.
– In situations where he can’t access a gym during outdoor shoots, he runs or indulges in long walks for exercise.
– Additionally, Sonu practices kickboxing for approximately 15-20 days every couple of months.

“Fateh” is an action-thriller film directed by Abhinandan Gupta, who previously served as an assistant director on movies like “Bajirao Mastani” and “Shamshera”. The film draws inspiration from real-life incidents and promises to deliver intense action sequences, showcasing Sonu Sood in a completely new and unseen avatar.

Sonu Sood expressed in a statement that the team successfully filmed major action sequences in different locations of the iconic American city, including the renowned Golden Gate Bridge.
“Fateh” is a collaborative venture between Zee Studios and Sonu Sood’s production banner, Shakti Sagar Productions.
