New Delhi: Last weekend we had brought to you a handful of much-anticipated movies to binge-watch on multiple OTT platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

On one hand, some big-budget films were slated for a digital release last weekend, while this once we have a small yet tempting list of South movies set to stream on various online platforms.

Here, check out the upcoming South films and web series set to grace the digital world this weekend for you to relish the flavors of entertainment in the comfort of your home:

1. Kallan D’Souza

Platform: Manorama Max

Release Date: April 29

The Malayalam drama revolves around Kallan D’Souza and his friend who put bread on the table from small acts of theft and robbery. However, the scenario changes with the arrival of a new police officer in the city, who is extremely tough with dealing with the small-scale crime in his region. Directed by Jithu K Jayan, the film features Soubin Shahir, Dileesh Pothan, Surabhi Lakshmi Hareesh Kanaran, and Vijayaraghavan in the lead roles.

2. Mishan Impossible

Release Date: April 29

Entertainment lovers and critics were blown away when director Swaroop RSJ came up with his debut project ‘Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya’, with a fine comical plot, amazing characters, and yet bone-chilling suspense till the climax. Now, Swaroop is back again with Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Mishan Impossible’, which revolves around 3 kids who want to win prize money and an investigative journalist seeking to expose a nexus. Certain unusual instances occur when four of these cross paths.

3. Sold

Platform: Voot

Release Date: April 29

A journalist begin to dig deep regarding the human trafficing nexus when a young girl has been kidnapped and probably sold to one of a gang active in the city. This private  investigation leads to certain unrevealed side of the town. The film stars Kavya Shetty, Deepam Kohli, Shivani Ballakuraya, Danish Sait, and others.
