New Delhi: The comedy-thriller series Sunflower had Sunil Grover as the lead actor. Season two of the series is almost ready to be released after the first one was a smashing success. Sunil Grover stars in the series, which was written and directed by Navin Gujral and produced by Vikas Bahl. In addition to the returning members of the Sunflower Society—Ranvir Shorey, Girish Kulkarni, Mukul Chadda, Radha Bhatt, and Ashish Vidyarthi—the concert also features the newcomer, Adah Sharma.
Sunflower is a middle-class housing society in Mumbai, and the series follows a motley crew of eccentrics as they go about their daily lives there. It’s a comedic criminal film.
Plot
Returning to their stranded state, DG and Tambe are resolute in their mission to uncover who murdered Mr Kapoor in Season 2. With two new suspects added to the mix, the suspense has reached new heights—and, of course, that includes Sonu, the most popular murder suspect in India. Sonu, as usual, will casually keep spectators guessing as the mysteries progress.
There are now twice as many suspects, and the fans are even more excited to find out who they are, thanks to the second season’s trailer, which has raised the sense of mystery.

On March 1, 2024, Zee5 will air Sunflower 2. The series is reportedly set to premiere on the OTT platform at midnight.
