New Delhi: The Most Powerful Actor of Tamil Cinema Suriya has shared an update on the Release of his Upcoming and most anticipated film’Kanguva’ through a tweet. Film is currently in the Production stage and is directed by Siruthai Siva.

Saravanan Sivakumar is popularly known as Suriya in the Film Industry. He is an Indian actor and also a Film producer. He is counted among the most popular actors in the Tamil Film Industry. He won many awards including two National Film Awards. Suriya is featured six times in the Celebrity 100 list of Forbes India.
A Glimpse at Suriya’s Film Career
He started his film career at the age of 22 with the film called ‘ Nerukku Ner’ in the year 1997. After this he was offered the film ‘Nandha’in the year 2001and then his film ‘kaakha kaakha’ was a commercial hit in the year 2003. He won the heart of his audience with his dual role of father and son in Gautham Vasudev Menon’’Vaaranam Aayiram’ in the year 2008. In one of his interviews, Suriya admitted that he struggled in the film in the beginning due to a lack of confidence and dancing skills.
Suriya was later counseled by his Mentor to build his own image in the film industry. Suriya received huge success with his action film ‘Nandha’ which was directed by Bala. He played the role of an Ex-Convict in the film. He received tamil nadu State film award for best actor for this film.
Suriya’s Early Life
Suriya was born in Chennai and pursued his education in the same state, He is the elder son of actor Sivakumar and his brother is also an actor. Suriya is married to Jyothika. After dating for over 6 years the couple got married in the year 2006. The couple worked together in 7 films. They have two children a daughter and a son. Suriya also has two younger siblings a brother and a sister.
He has also worked as a Television Presenter in the year 2012. He founded his own Production House 2D Entertainment in the year 2012. His fans are desperately waiting for his upcoming film ‘Kanguva’.

Film’s Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the film will be released in 10 different languages in 3D. The movie will hit the theatres in 2024.
