New Delhi: Sushmita Sen walked the runway for fashion designer Anushree Reddy just days following sustaining a “very significant” cardiac arrest. The Bollywood actress can be seen beaming in a lime green embroidered lehenga in the photos that have been publicly released on social media. She completed her ensemble with a green necklace and a finger ring. Needless to say, the actress looked her most beautiful when she flashed her million-dollar smile. In the meantime, Sushmita Sen’s ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl appears to be strolling beside her at Lakme Fashion Week in a video clip.

On Saturday, a renowned paparazzi account uploaded video footage of Sushmita Sen arriving at the event and being encircled by admirers and reporters. But, the Aarya starlet was accompanied by her Rohman Shawl in a white blazer. A photographer complimented her, “Aap bohot strong ho (you are really powerful),” as she interacted with the paparazzi and obliged some enthusiasts with pictures. Sushmita Sen responded, “Mere paas bohot saare logon ki dua hai, very blessed” (I have many people’s blessings).
Thereafter, she also carried out a live session from within her vehicle wherein she commented, “I just completed the walk for the brilliant Anushree Reddy as her showstopper at the Lakme Fashion Week. Thank you to everyone in the press who was so nice and loving. I keep saying it, but I am a really blessed girl. I am overjoyed because of Anushree, who had the courage to ask me to attend and walk and also be her showstopper. I think most individuals would have felt something like, now, it’s not a good moment. Women, I tell you… It’s great when we stick together and unleash the best in one other even when things are tough. That’s lovely.”
In the meantime, Sushmita Sen is scheduled to appear next in Aarya 3. She plays a strong protagonist in the show who goes above and beyond to safeguard her family from crooks. The series is centered on the Spanish original ‘Penoza,’ and it follows the narrative of Aarya (Sushmita Sen), a mother who goes to the underworld when her husband dies to save her family and their kids. Aside from Aarya, Sushmita will appear in Taali, a film about transgender activist Gauri and her emergence in society.
