About the Documentary 

The documentary series is inspired by a true story of a woman who meets a man online and gets ditched. The woman has shared her real life experience in a podcast in which she narrates the unfortunate tale of events that changed her life forever.

The 32 year old woman kirat who is based in London and works as an Art and Event assistant is living a happy and peaceful life until she meets a guy online who sends her a friend request on social media and she accepts it.

Apart from being a Art and Event assistant, Kirat is also a Radio Jockey who hosts shows for Punjabi residents living in London. One day Kirat receives a message from some random person in facebook.

The person’s profile name is JJ who is her cousin Simran’s ex boyfriend. He asks her to give him some advice to get Simran back in his life. They started talking for a couple of months until Kirat comes to know that JJ had died.

Her cousin Simran asks her to send condolences to his brother bobby. She goes through Booby’s profile in 2010 and they start talking as friends. Bobby tells her that he is not happy in his marriage and is going to be a father soon.

Kirat joins a group which also has family members of Bobby. Kirat receives a shock in 2014 after learning that Bobby is no more. But later gets to know he faked his death.

The two started talking again and gets close, meanwhile when Kirat requests him to meet in person he used to make some excuse and ignore her. watch the documentary to know what happens next.
