New Delhi: After staying away from the big screens for a long time, Bollywood’s acclaimed actor Shahid Kapoor has made a comeback in cinemas with his latest science-fiction rom-com Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.
The Kriti Senon starrer movie, which has finally made it to the theaters today (9 February 2024), is already receiving a warm reception from the cinegoers & film critics who are hailing it with overwhelmingly positive reviews.

Meanwhile, with the science-fiction movie doing wonders right from its very first day at the BO, fans are also making speculations about its release date on the OTT platform.
As per a report published by OTT Play, Amazon Prime has bagged Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’s digital rights. This suggests that following the conclusion of its box-office journey, the Shahid Kapoor starrer will premiere on digital giant Amazon Prime Video. However, an official confirmation about the same is yet to be made by the filmmakers.

With Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Senon sharing the screen as the lead characters, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a love story with a sci-fi twist.
The movie tells the story of a guy Aryan (Played by Shahid Kapoor) whose search for true love finally comes to an end when he crosses paths with a gorgeous woman SIFRA (Played by Kriti Senon) during his US office tour & ends up falling for her within to time.
However, Aryan’s dreamy world soon shatters when he learns that the girl he is going head over heels for is not a human but a super-intelligent female robot instead. How he copes with the shocking realization & keeps his love story alive is the crux of the movie.

Besides Shahid and Kriti Senon, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, in its star-studded cast features many ace actors including Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, Rakesh Bedi, and Anubha Fatehpuria in important roles.
The direction of the movie is done by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah while Dinesh Vijan and Laxman Utekar are the men behind the production. It was released with a U/A certificate under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios on 9 February 2024.
