Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story OTT Release Date: Hulu users in the US will be able to watch the documentary series on April 26, 2024, while fans in India will have the option to watch it on Disney Plus Hotstar.

New Delhi: Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story has already launched an official trailer and is almost set to reach over-the-top services. Following a group of young New Jerseyans as they break new ground in the music industry, from recording in the 1980s to their breakthrough single, “Livin’ on a Prayer,” the documentary series will chronicle their meteoric ascent to fame. Bon Jovi’s voice ailment and the last several years will be shown in the series.

Fans of the band will not want to miss this show, which has exclusive interviews and never-before-seen videos of musicians such as guitarist Phil X, bassist Hugh McDonald, guitarist Jon Bon Jovi, and keyboardist David Bryan.

Story

From their humble beginnings performing in New Jersey nightclubs to their meteoric rise to international stardom, the band Bon Jovi and its lead singer, Jon Bon Jovi, are chronicled in this docuseries. From collecting autographs and going on extravagant tours to the darkest points of the band’s fame—which almost killed Jon Bon Jovi and ruined Tico Torres’ marriage—it will show you everything.

It features comments from all four band members—Chris Sambora (guitarist), David Bryan (keyboardist), Tico Torres (drummer), and Jon Bon Jovi himself. The only one who isn’t there is the bassist, Alec John Such, who died in 2022. The band that paved the way for heavy metal to sound more like sophisticated rock and pop has finally chosen to release an album.

The honest portrayal and quirky storytelling provide an unfiltered look into the legendary Jon Bon Jovi’s long and successful career, as well as his vocal cord atrophy that has prevented him from performing music again.

When and Where to Watch?

Hulu users in the US will be able to watch the documentary series on April 26, 2024, while fans in India will have the option to watch it on Disney Plus Hotstar. The new documentary series comes out at the same time as Bon Jovi’s 40th anniversary as a band.

Featuring

The four-episode documentary series, helmed by the Emmy-winning Gotham Chopra, will include Richie Sambora, the band’s guitarist, and estranged founder, as well as all of the original members.

Unseen images and videos, as well as unreleased demo music and lyrics, will be included in the documentary.
