Plot
In the first season, viewers were treated to the hilarious exploits of the people of Deerfield as a Morpho machine began to hand out tiny blue cards containing their life’s potential in return for a little amount of money and their fingerprints. The enigmatic words inscribed on each person’s card began to make them reflect on the path they had not followed in life, which caused a tumultuous disruption of everyday life.
In season 2, Dusty, Cass, and Trina—the protagonists—must tread cautiously over the waters. Trina and Jacob work to let go of their past selves, while Dusty and Cass separate despite their intense feelings for one another. In contrast to Dusty’s desire to discover his life’s purpose, Cass just wants to have fun. The Morpho machine’s enigma is another thing that Hana and Father Reuben will look into.
Dusty and Cass, according to the teaser, are going through a turning point in their lives as they overcome obstacles and mature as individuals. As a reflection of the overarching concept of embracing the unknown and accepting chances, other residents go on magical adventures.
