Plot of the Film
Allegedly based on real-life events, The Exorcism of Emily Rose is a courtroom drama that revolves around the trial of priest Father Richard Moore, accused of negligently dealing with a possessed young girl named Emily Rose during her exorcism which resulted in her death.
Apart from focusing on Moore’s trial, the movie, in parts, also recalls the trauma Emily faced while dealing with the entity that possessed her body until her death.
