Plot
The Marsh King’s Daughter is centred on Helena, a lady whose father manages to evade capture. It was two years before Helena was born that her mother was kidnapped by the Marsh King, and thus, Helena spent her childhood captive. After knowing that the king would attempt to abduct her child, Helena decides to outwit the man who had taught her everything she knows about wilderness survival.
In the trailer, we can see Helena and her daughter having tender moments. When Helena returns home, she discovers that her house has been searched by the police. As one cop starts interrogating her about her father, she learns that he and a few other inmates escaped from the police vehicle and murdered their fellow officers.
