‘The Night Manager’ Trailer: Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor star in Indian adaptation of British series

New Delhi: Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor are set to star in the Indian adaptation of a British series ‘The Night Manager’. The trailer for the show has been released by Disney+ Hotstar and the series is gaining much attention. Directed by Sandeep Modi, the show follows a hotel employee entering the world of arms and ammunition. ‘The Night Manager’ is set in a backdrop of an arms deal.
The trailer begins with an ongoing war as Anil Kapoor says that the war is a magnificent spectacle, especially for those who don’t fight but make people fight. The trailer follows Aditya Roy Kapur playing a night manager, entering as the world of arms dealing as a spy. Shaan (Aditya) gets closer to the arms dealer played by Anil and what follows is a battle of brains, might and intelligence.
There is a lot of action and blasts as expected from the high-voltage thriller. The series explores the themes of love and betrayal. The show also stars Tillotama Shome, Sobhita Dhulipala, Saswata Chatterjee and Ravi Behl. The web series will release on February 17 on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar.
‘The Night Manager’ is an adaptation of the novel of the same name, while the popular British series starring Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddleston in the lead.
Apart from the web show, Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen in ‘Metro…In Dino’ and the ‘Thadam’ remake, while Anil Kapoor is working on Sandeep Vanga Reddy’s ‘Animal’.
