Plot

The Suspect follows the enigmatic and seemingly perfect life of Dr. Joe O’Loughlin, a renowned clinical psychologist whose world begins to unravel as he becomes entangled in a chilling murder investigation. From the outside, Joe’s life is enviable—he has a thriving private practice, widespread media recognition, a publishing contract, a devoted wife, and a close bond with his daughter. Recently, he even gained viral fame after courageously intervening to save a suicidal young patient poised to jump from the tenth floor of the hospital where he works.

However, beneath the polished surface of Joe’s well-crafted life lies a man wrestling with secrets—both personal and psychological. When the body of a young woman is discovered in a shallow grave at a quiet cemetery in West London, the case falls to Detective Inspector Vincent Ruiz, a hardened veteran of the force, and his driven young partner, Detective Sergeant Riya Devi.
