Them S02: The Scare OTT Release Date: Get ready to watch this horror thriller as it’s returning with another scary season

New Delhi: The terrifying haunting cases are returning to Amazon Prime Video, the streaming behemoth, and they’re becoming scarier than before. After a long hiatus of almost three years, Little Marvin is making a triumphant comeback with Them: The Scare Season 2.

An undercover homicide investigator from the Los Angeles Police Department is at the centre of Little Marvin’s horror anthology series, which unsettles the whole county. In 2021, ten episodes of the horror series Them premiered. A second season of the program will finally be available after three long years.

A Black family moves to a mostly white neighbourhood in 1950s Los Angeles, suffering racism and otherworldly horrors in Season 1 of Them. The second season picks up in Los Angeles once again, this time following a vigilant detective as he tracks down a vindictive serial murderer.

Plot

Season 2 of Them takes place in a new era, the legendary 1990s, and features Los Angeles’s film, fashion, and music scenes.

Starring Dawn Reeve, a homicide investigator of the Los Angeles Police Department, Them: The Scare follows her as she takes on a fresh case: the horrific death of a foster mother. Amidst the turmoil in Los Angeles, a city on the brink of anarchy, Dawn remains resolute in her mission to apprehend the murderer. Something sinister and terrifying, nevertheless, ensnares her and her loved ones as she gets closer to the truth.

Season 2 is likely to keep up the trend of fusing the psychological horrors of racism and sexism with supernatural predators that draw attention to the real-life hate crimes committed by regular people.

Amazon Prime Video will release the second season of Them: The Scare on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and it promises to terrorize horror lovers once again.
