New Delhi: Pathaan, Aditya Chopra’s all-time hit, got Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan on board the big screen. This act also marked the beginning of the now-famous YRF Spy Universe, with two bases, SRK as Pathaan and Salman as Tiger, coming face to face and demonstrating to the world that these vicious mercenaries can also be wonderful friends in the spy universe’s history.
The merger of two of the most prominent superstars in Indian film history caused immense enthusiasm for Pathaan, as audiences adored their on-screen attitude and friendship and treated them with lavish adoration. Now, Shah Rukh Khan is poised to join the Tiger series in an action scene that will be filmed for seven days in Mumbai from around the end of April! What’s amazing is that Aditya Chopra and Tiger 3 director Maneesh Sharma planned this scenario for almost six months in order to turn it into a national buzzphrase!
“Once SRK & Salman’s scene was prepared for Pathaan, the creators knew that certain trans of super-spies had to be elevated a step higher every single time it happened because it’s the major USP for viewers. So the writer, Adi, and Maneesh got together and spent six months writing and visualizing Pathaan’s entry in Tiger’s history! “Every part of this shoot has been prepared with the goal of delivering a full-on paisa vasool entertainment that is also a visual treat for audiences,” a senior trade insider says.
Tiger 3 is slated to be released this Diwali, featuring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif as Zoya, and Emraan Hashmi as Tiger’s enemy. The movie will be the third edition in the Tiger franchise and the fifth part in YRF’s spy world.
