‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ Trailer: Ranbir-Shraddha fall in love just to play dirty games in Luv Ranjan’s rom-com (WATCH)
The trailer begins with a sweet kiss shared between Ranbir and Shraddha as they meet and fall in love, romance and flaunt their beach bodies in the colours of Holi.
New Delhi: The much-awaited trailer for Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ has been released. Luv Ranjan is coming up with another rom-com with a lot of twists. The film deals with the idea that ‘getting into relationships is easy, but getting out is what is difficult’.
The trailer begins with a sweet kiss shared between Ranbir and Shraddha as they meet and fall in love, romance and flaunt their beach bodies in the colours of Holi. But, as usual, Luv Ranjan brings in a twist where Shraddha no longer wants to be in the relationship but does not want to end it easily and Ranbir accepts the challenge to begin a dirty game. The film basically follows a ‘player’, as known in the millennial world, who finds a tough competitor in his partner.
Like his previous ventures, the director offers another falling in love to the chaos around the marriage story with different twists this time. The story is penned by Luv himself while Anshul Sharma and Rahul Mody come in as creative directors.
The film also features stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi for some more comic relief. Like other Luv Ranjan films, there is another monologue about relationships, this time about truth and lies.
The film is penned by Rahul Mody and Luv Ranjan, while Ankur Garg has produced along with Luv. The music in the film is composed by Pritam while Hitesh Sonik has done the background score.
‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ is presented under the banners of T-Series and Luv Ranjan Films. The film is set to hit the cinemas this Holi on March 8.
