Twisters OTT Release: The upcoming American disaster film is all set to hit the OTT screens on 18th December at Jio Cinema. Mixing in the wonderous plot genres of disaster, action, adventure, and thriller.
Twisters with its second part is bound to get the audience enamored once again.
The series, well known for its well-blended list of tropes is one that should be on your watchlist this year.
The film premiered in London on July 8th, 2024 received positive reviews from audiences and critics, and earned over $371 million worldwide.
it stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell, Anthony Ramos, Brandon Perea, Maura Tierney, and many more known industry names.
Many people said at first that the sequel may not be able to capture the right aspect of the 90’s one. But the critics’s mouths were clenched shut when Twisters proved them wrong with its spectacular trailer.
The trailer beautifully envisions the reminiscence of the first part and reflects greatly.
Plot
The story of an American drama film follows the life of a student named Kate who works in Oklahoma with the storm chasers Addy, Praveen, and Javi along with her boyfriend Jeb.
Things take a dramatic turn when Kate loses her friends Jeb, Addy, and Praveen during an operation.
However, Kate survives and becomes inconsolable after losing her friends. After 5 years of this incident, Kate joins a new job and her company offers her a new project of testing a new tornado.
Kate initially declines but later accepts the offer. The second part of the show involves a lot of twists and turns when Kate struggles to fight for her life as well.
