New Delhi: The French film industry enriches the thriller genre with captivating and thought-provoking films. French thriller director Xavier Gens returns with Under Paris (originally known as Sous la Seine) to provide spine-tingling images and thrills.

This terrifying thriller is set to premiere on June 5th, thanks to the French entertainment industry’s partnership with Netflix.

Plot

As the story develops, scientist Sofia finds out from young environmentalist Mika that a deadly shark is slowly floating in a river near Paris and has already unleashed a bloodbath. Which is why the locals there are very frightened. Sofia and Mika need to band together with Adil, the leader of the police unit on the Seine River if they want to prevent a massacre in the city centre.

Discovering the monster shark in the River Seine is the scary opening scene of the trailer. Amid the city’s crisis, an activist and a marine scientist join together to discover a way out. The administration, however, rejected their proposal and has now ordered the military to intervene aggressively. The PR operation might devolve into a complete slaughter if they do nothing, Sofia warned the police officer, during their conversation.

Impressive visuals and jaw-dropping action sequences guarantee that this film will hold viewers’ attention from start to finish.
