Premalu tells the tale of Sachin, a guy who gets brutally rejected by his crush Anjali as she is already in love with someone else. However, when he confesses his feelings for her, she rejects him as well citing various reasons.
This leaves Sachin dejected as he leaves the city to run away from his unsuccessful past, only to learn that one of the two girls, who earlier denied his love now wants him back and would do anything to make him come back to into her life once again.
